Water Sampling

Water samples are collected directly from the source and stored in uncontaminated vessels according to prescribed sampling regulations. The samples are then kept in a cool dark container and submitted to the laboratory as soon as possible. In the event that samples need to be kept overnight, they are refrigerated. We make use of various laboratories depending on requirements.

Sample analysis turnaround could be between 3 - 14 days depending on the lab's workload. We will then discuss the results with the client explaining every parameter and offering advice and solutions for treatment as is required.

Solution Design

We will craft a custom water solution based on the client's requirements, sample analysis, existing infrastructure and budget, and provide a quotation detailing the:

• Technologies to be used
• The materials and infrastructure to be installed
• The civil requirements for the installation (Trenching, Paving, Concrete etc.)
• System working methodology
• Estimated project start date and duration
• Client's responsibilities
• Exclusions
• Terms and conditions

On-Site Maintenance

We will provide on-site maintenance either on a "Call-out" basis or as part of a Service Level Agreement. Frequency of preventative maintenance will vary depending on water quality and infrastructure. We will identify and propose a preventative maintenance schedule and create a checklist to ensure the clients water supply is kept up to standard. These maintenance services could include:

• Testing of Reverse Osmosis membrane effectiveness
• Replacement of filters, membranes and filtration media
• Cleaning of strainers and sediments
• Testing and setting backwash and rinse cycles
• Inspection of tanks for structural stability, leaks, contamination and sediment
• Inspection of pipework for structural stability, leaks, valve operation
• Inspection of pumps

Borehole Services

Together with our partners we can provide a complete borehole installation as well as maintenance service including pump retrievals and well inspections using state of the art camera equipment.

Trenchless Pipe Repair

Trenchless Pipe Repair is an innovative, non-invasive solution for pipe repair and maintenance, minimizing disruption and preserving infrastructure. Services include:

• High-pressure drain jetting
• Camera inspections and pipe condition assessments

Thermal Imaging and Moisture Detection

Using state-of-the-art technology, we can identify:
