Groupset Projects is a wholly owned South African company that was established in 2017 as a solutions provider for water and effluent treatment. We focus on the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of domestic and industrial water treatment solutions. We strive to produce quality water by designing custom solutions to suit the client’s specific needs and budget.

Groupset, together with its partners, has the required knowledge of water chemistry, engineering and processing, along with years of industrial experience in the design and implementation of custom-built systems. This expertise and toolset allow us to provide our clients with cost effective solutions using the best applicable technology.

The Founder

Jan Kotzé is a practical innovator and problem solver with shared experience of over 30 years within the mining, Information Technology, domestic renovation and water treatment industries. He has a business administration certificate from WITS Business School and an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach.

In the past 7 years Jan has built a water and effluent treatment business from zero base, successfully assisting clients in limiting risk and reducing cost of waste management.

Jan has more than 10 years dedicated experience in water treatment and continually strive to adapt to evolving technologies, legislation, market trends and customer needs.
